INFORMATIONS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO THE CONVENTION
PLAN YOUR VISIT
TICKETS
Tickets for NMN 2026 are available for purchase online prior to the event.
Only visitors with valid tickets purchased through the NMN website via the Ticklio system will be admitted to the event.
At the entrance, we will scan the QR code on your ticket and provide you with a wristband that grants you free access to the venue.
CONVENTION ACCESS
We will open the doors on Saturday, May 23, at 9:00 a.m. and close them at 8:00 p.m. On Sunday, May 24, the doors will also open at 9:00 a.m., and the event will conclude at 6:00 p.m.
Access to the venue will be available from Dunajska cesta.
Before the event, we will post detailed maps here showing the entrances and exits to the venue.
Access for people with mobility impairments is provided via a ramp.
FOOD AND DRINK
Food and beverage stands, as well as tables and benches, will be set up on the outdoor terrace.
We will also offer coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, such as bubble tea. You can purchase them at the entrance to the convention lobby.
Bringing alcohol and food into the hall and lecture room is prohibited to ensure the cleanliness of the space and the safety of the products.
TAKING PHOTOS
The NMN convention is a public event where the activities are photographed and filmed. Three official photographers will be on hand to take photos, which we will share with you on social media after the event.
Visitors are welcome to take their own photos at the event, but please keep in mind that guests may or may not want to be photographed with you. Guests and other visitors (especially cosplayers) have a right to privacy, and if they ask you not to photograph them, please respect their wishes.
For the comfort of all visitors, we have prepared some house rules regarding photography and filming at the event, which you can read below.
ENTRY AND EXIT FROM THE VENUE
Upon arrival, your tickets will be scanned and you will receive a wristband that allows you to enter and exit the venue multiple times. The wristband is non-transferable!
If you purchased a child’s ticket and wish to exchange it for a regular ticket, you can pay the difference at the entrance.

There is very limited parking available right near the entrance, so we encourage local residents to use public transportation or to walk or bike to the event.
The event location is near the city center and is easily accessible by all forms of public transportation. There is also a Bicikelj bike-sharing station approximately 300 meters from the entrance.
WITH CAR
We recommend that you use one of the nearby parking lots to park your cars. The largest ones are located behind the exhibition complex.
To reduce car use, we recommend the carsharing service prevoz.org
!! Parking inside the grounds of the convention center is not permitted.
WITH LPP BUS OR ON FOOT
The LPP Razstavišče bus stop is located right in front of the convention center, where lines 3G, 6, 6B, 7, 7L, 8, 11, 11B, 12, 12D, 13, 14, 19, 19I, 20, and 20Z stop. If you are arriving by bus 22, get off at the Astra stop and walk 300 m along Dunajska Road toward the city center.
If you’re traveling to Ljubljana by public transit (bus or train), it’s just a short 10-minute walk from the main station to the exhibition venue.

Every year we receive a growing number of inquiries about the nearest ATMs, so we are providing you with a rough map of nearby locations where ATMs from various banks are located.

RULES FOR VISITORS AND EXHIBITORS
The NMN team values our visitors and is committed to ensuring their comfort. For this reason, we have established a few house rules that all event attendees must follow. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the Šmaug Association reserves the right to remove the offender from the event.
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. We cannot guarantee a secure space for your personal belongings; even in the cosplay dressing room, you leave your equipment at your own risk.
Visitors in cosplay costumes with props. All props will be checked for safety at the entrance to the Gospodarsko razstavišče. The following items are prohibited at the event:
- functional firearms (airsoft guns, air guns, alarm guns, paintball guns, slingshots)
realistic replica - firearms (replicas, imitations, or toy guns that can be mistaken for functional firearms at a glance)
prohibited non-firing projectile weapons (blowguns, crossbows, bows, foam darts, slingshots, water balloons, and water guns) - bladed weapons with sharp edges (axes, daggers, tomahawks, knives, kunai, shuriken, swords, walking sticks with swords, and switchblades)
- explosives (firecrackers and fireworks)
- chemical weapons (tear gas)
- blunt weapons (brass knuckles, clubs, nunchucks)
- props made of heavy materials (including iron, fiberglass, and glass)
- instruments that cause excessive noise, such as vuvuzelas.
Replica weapons are permitted provided they are made of cardboard, foam, wood, or other lightweight materials. Replica handguns are permitted only if they are visually distinguishable from real firearms. The barrel of all pistols must be covered with a brightly colored cap. Replica bows are permitted, provided their arrows have soft tips.
The organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, content, or participating guests of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of changes or cancellations of individual parts of the program (including lectures, workshops, guests, or accompanying activities), no refund will be issued. A refund is possible only if the entire event is canceled.
