EXHIBITOR RULES
These rules outline the basic guidelines for participation, logistical conditions, and exhibitor obligations at the Na meji nevidnega 2026 (NMN 2026) convention.
By participating in the event, the exhibitor agrees to all the provisions of these rules and the General Terms and Conditions of Participation, published at nmn.si/prihod_pravila, which govern the relationship between the event organiser (KUD Šmaug) and the applicant.
1. GENERAL RULES
- Exhibitors must behave respectfully towards visitors, other exhibitors and the organising team.
Obstruction of passages, emergency exits and access to other stands is prohibited.
The exhibitor is responsible for the order, cleanliness and safety of his stand.
The sale or promotion of illegal, dangerous or inappropriate content is prohibited.
The organiser reserves the right to monitor and take action in case of violations.
2. SALES, LICENSING AND INVOICING
If the exhibitor sells products or services, they confirm that they have arranged for the legal issuance of invoices. Additional info for invocing.
The law requires all persons engaged in business activities to ensure that an invoice is issued via a fiscal cash register for each purchase or service. Exhibitors must have one of the official forms of business registration in order to participate in the event.
Only officially licensed products may be sold at the sales points at the convention. At the request of the organiser, the exhibitor must be able to prove that they have the appropriate licenses or permits.
The sale of so-called Lucky Bags or similar products, where the contents are not known to the buyer in advance, is only permitted with the prior written consent of the organiser. In this case, a description and photographs of the contents and the selling price must be provided in advance.
The organiser reserves the right to monitor the event and may, in the event of violations, even after a warning, temporarily or permanently close a stand.
3. SETUP AND DECORATION OF THE STAND
- Recommended is a setup on Friday after 15:00, till 21:00.
On Saturday, an exhibitor must arrive at 7:00 at the latest.
Stands must be fully prepared til 9:00 on Saturday.
Additional decoration is welcome; for larger structures, prior approval from the organiser is required.
The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to exhibited items.
Cleaning up stands is not permitted:
before 20:00 on Saturday,
before 18:00 on Sunday.
Stands must be completely cleared before 20:00 on Sunday.
4. SANCTIONS AND LIABILITY
The exhibitor understands and agrees that in the event of non-compliance with the rules, the organiser may:

prevents,
or changes the terms and conditions of participation
on NMN 2026 or any other event organised by KUD Šmaug.
