APPLY FOR ARTIST ALLEY STAND
The Na meji nevidnega convention is once again opening its exhibition space to artists who want to present and sell their original works: prints, illustrations, original drawings, handicrafts, and other unique products.
NMN is a space where authors do not get lost in the crowd, but have the opportunity to interact directly with visitors, discuss the creative process, and build their recognition. More than 5,000 people visited NMN 2025, and we expect a sold-out weekend on May 23 and 24, 2026, with approximately 6,000 visitors actively seeking original, handmade, and simply cool products.
The event will receive major media coverage, with Slovenian and international guests, and will focus on the community of fantasy, science fiction, and illustrated art enthusiasts.
Applications for artists to participate in this year’s convention will be accepted until March 15. Applications submitted after this date will automatically be placed on a waiting list. The deadline for discounted booth rental is February 28.
All listed prices for booth rental and additional equipment are valid for both days of the event and include VAT.
Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee that all applications will be accepted. We have 30 places available and will select participants based on the following criteria:
1) 15 artists: originality, diversity, quality
2) 10 artist: new faces, first-time applicants
3) 5 artists: random selection
Applications for artists will be open until Sunday, March 15, 2026. Within two weeks after the closing date, you will all receive an email confirming or rejecting your application.
Warnings:
- The sale of products or illustrations created using “tracing” or artificial intelligence is prohibited!
- Moving tables on site will not be possible! Please let us know in advance the desired orientation of the tables, and any stands you intend to have at or next to the table. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes, space permitting.
- We also have a limited number of medium and large stands, so we cannot guarantee that everyone will get the size of stand they want. If there are too many accepted artists who want a medium or large stand, we will contact you in a timely manner and arrange for the possibility of renting a smaller booth.
- Reservations for additional tickets for assistants at your stands will only be possible until May 14, 2026. It will NOT BE POSSIBLE to purchase additional tickets during the week of the event. The number is limited depending on the size of the booth purchased (small and medium +1 additional ticket, large +2 additional tickets).

Our Large booth is the largest standard booth for artists at NMN 2026 and, as such, is an excellent choice for those with a rich and diverse offering.

Medium booth
Rental price: 250 € (till 28. 02. 2026), 290 € (after 1. 3. 2026)
Medium booth is an excellent opportunity for exhibitors of all kinds who want to present a larger number of products.
Medium booth includes:
• 2 tables and 2 chairs
• choice of location and stand layout (subject to availability)
• 220V electrical connection for low-power devices
• 2 tickets
Small booth
Rental price: 140 € (till 28. 02. 2026), 170 € (after 01. 03. 2026)
Small booth is intended for exhibitors with a smaller selection of products and those who wish to present a single product or service.
Small booth includes:
• 1 table and 1 chair
• 220V electrical connection for low-power devices
• 1 ticket
Special booth
Rental price: 70 € (till 28. 02. 2026), 85 € (after 01. 03. 2026)
Special booth is intended for creative individuals and non-profit groups that carry out profit-making activities.
Special booth includes:
• half of a table (one table is shared among two special booths) and 1 chair
• 220V electrical connection for low-power devices
• 1 ticket
Remarks!
- We do not guarantee the location and placement according to your wishes.
- The dimensions of the table are approx. 140 cm x 60 cm.
- We want to meet your wishes as closely as possible, so we are open to your suggestions.
- The electrical connection is intended for connecting low-power devices. If you need a more powerful connection, please notify the organiser in advance.
