Participating in NMN is an excellent opportunity to present your association or community to our visitors, attract new members, introduce your hobby to a wider audience, and have fun in pleasant geek company!
Sign up to participate at a booth, organize a workshop, or inspire visitors with a lecture. We offer booth at a symbolic price.
Applications to participate in this year’s convention will be accepted until April 12 or until the exhibition space is filled. The deadline for discounted booth rental is February 28, so hurry up and apply to secure your spot at the convention.
The stand rental prices listed are valid for both days of the event and include VAT.

Rental price for associations: 50€ (till 28. 02. 2026), 65€ (after 01. 03. 2026)
The stands are intended for presentations by associations and communities. By preparing an additional program, you can secure an additional discount (by prior arrangement).
Association booth includes:
• 1 table and 2 chairs
• 220V electrical connection for low-power devices
• 2 tickets
Remarks!
- We do not guarantee the location and placement according to your wishes.
- The dimensions of the table are approx. 140 cm x 60 cm.
- We want to meet your wishes as closely as possible, so we are open to your suggestions.
- The electrical connection is intended for connecting low-power devices. If you need a more powerful connection, please notify the organiser in advance.
